The spangled cotinga (Cotinga cayana) is a bird species in the Coingidae family. It is most often found in the tree canopy of the Amazon Rainforest.

The spotted wood kingfisher (Actenoides lindsayi) is a species of bird found in the Alcedinidae family of birds. Native to the Philippines, it is mostly found in subtropical or tropical lowland forested areas.

Mrs. Gould’s sunbird (Aethopyga gouldiae) is native to the forested areas of the southern foothills of the Himalayas in Southeast Asian I can also be found in the shrublands of the same region.

The African fish eagle (Haliaeetus vocifer) is a large species of eagle found in the sub-Saharan region of Africa wherever large bodies of water can be found. It has become the national bird of both Zambia and Namibia.

The boat-billed heron (Cochlearius cochlearius) is also more commonly known as the boatbill. A member of the heron family it lives in mangrove swamps from Mexico southwards to Peru and Brazil.

The pink-browed rosefinch (Carpodacus rodochroa) is a finch found in the Fringillidae family. It is found in the northern regions of the Indian subcontinent.

The golden-collared manakin (Manacus vitellinus) is a bird species found in the Pipridae family. Found in Panama and Colombia, its range tends to be in subtropical or moist lowland forested areas.

Hildebrandt’s starling (Lamprotornis hildebrandti) is a bird species found in the starling family Sturnidae. It is in the superspecies Shelley’s starling.

The violet-crowned woodnymph (Thalurania colombica colombica), is also commonly knonw as the purple-crowned woodnymph. It is a medium-sized hummingbird found from Guatemala to Belize and from Colombia to Western Venezuela.

The scarlet flycatcher or austral vermilion flycatcher (Pyrocephalus rubinus), is a species of flycatcher closely related to the vermilion flycatcher. It is found from Bolivia and Brazil to Paraguay and Argentina. It can also be found in Uruguay.
